Mingya Annie Huang
Mingya Annie Huang is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Educational Psychology, concentrating on Quantitative Methods at UW–Madison. She received her bachelor’s degree in Education and Psychology at the University of Macau. Huang continued her master’s study in Educational Psychology (Quantitative Methodology) and worked as a quantitative research assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Huang’s research interests lie in Bayesian approaches and their applications in the social sciences, including Bayesian model averaging in hierarchical linear models, Bayesian methods in structural equation modeling, as well as large-scale assessment.
